趣味英语小故事：I"vePassedMyRightontoYou　　Oneday,Wilsonwaswalkingquietlyalongtheroadwhensomebodygavehimaviolentblowonthebackoftheneck.Helookedbehindhim,andsawayoungmanwhomhehadneverseenbefore.　　“Howdareyouhitmelikethat!”shoutedWilson.　　TheyoungmansaidhehadmistakenWilsonforafriendofhisandthathethoughtWilsonwasmakingalotofnoiseaboutnothing.　　ThisinsultmadeWilsonevenangrier,ofcourse,andheatoncearrangedfortheyoungmantobebroughtbeforeajudge.Therewasnothingfortheyoungmantodobuttoappearbeforethecourt.　　Now,thejudgewhoheardthecasewasafriendoftheyoungman"sfather,and,althoughhepretendedtobequitefair,hewasthinkinghowhecouldavoidpunishingtheyoungmanwhileatthesametimenotappearingunjust. 　　FinallyhesaidtoWilson,“Iunderstandyourfeelingsinthismatterverywell.WouldyoubesatisfiedifIletyouhittheyoungmanashehityou?”　　Wilsonsaidhewouldnotbe.Theyoungmanhadinsultedhimandshouldbeproperlypunished.　　“Well,then,”saidthejudgetotheyoungman,“IorderyoutopaytenlirastoWilson.” 　　Tenliraswasverylittleforsuchacrime,buttheyoungmandidnothaveitwithhim,sothejudgeallowedhimtogoandgetit.　　Wilsonwaitedforhimtoreturnwiththemoney.Hewaitedanhour,hewaitedtwohours,whilethejudgeattendedtootherbusiness.　　Whenitwasnearlytimeforthecourttoclose,Wilsonchoseamomentwhenthejudgewasespeciallybusy,cameupquietlybehindhimandhithimhardonthebackoftheneck.Thenhesaidtohim,“Iamsorry,butIcan"twaitanylonger.Whentheyoungmancomesback,tellhimthatIhavepassedmyrighttothetenlirasontoyou.”
